Y was brick, a blocker and a grubbub delivery driver during 22 00:01:25.480 --> 00:01:29.439 her day shift. Rich was Duello Witz, a blocker and someone who had 23 00:01:29.480 --> 00:01:34.319 a job I can't exactly remember right now, and Sarah Bell was Killie Eilish, 24 00:01:34.439 --> 00:01:37.799 a jammer who was still a high school senior. As far as our 25 00:01:37.840 --> 00:01:42.439 sessions starting state goes, we spent a fair amount of time building relationships and 26 00:01:42.480 --> 00:01:45.519 creating our setting. Wet a little bit of a like a session zero thing 27 00:01:45.560 --> 00:01:48.799 that took up the first ninety minutes or so of our playtime. In this 28 00:01:48.840 --> 00:01:53.599 case, we ended up with a ruralish midwestern town that an interstate highway ran 29 00:01:53.760 --> 00:01:57.000 through, with farmland sort of spread out around it. Our initial setup was that the squad that 32 00:02:05.319 --> 00:02:09.039 brick and I were members of were these perpetual underdogs that they lost the championship, 33 00:02:09.120 --> 00:02:14.439 the local championship, every year. But finally we had a shot at 34 00:02:14.479 --> 00:02:17.080 it this year because their star, jammer, just found out that she was 35 00:02:17.120 --> 00:02:21.960 pregnant and dropped out of the match, which in this case was being held 36 00:02:22.039 --> 00:02:25.800 in a converted carpet warehouse store that the landlord leased to us for one night 37 00:02:25.800 --> 00:02:30.439 because their daughter was on one of the teams. So so we were taking 38 00:02:30.479 --> 00:02:34.400 advantage of some of the difficulty of keeping businesses in town by having our bout 39 00:02:34.439 --> 00:02:37.800 at a place that otherwise would have been vacant. That said, it's become pretty apparent that sports, as 174 00:11:24.679 --> 00:11:30.080 enacted are pretty directly adjacent to RPG combat, like I said before.
